Welcome to Budapest and BudaBaB…

“The Best Rest in Pest”

We will be returning on June 17, 2018 to welcome B& B guests once again. Hurry, because we are fully booked for August and the first two weeks of September already. You can find available dates on our calendar.

BudaBaB is an American owned B & B, centrally located within the historic Jewish ghetto, in an Art Nouveau building that dates back to 1898. Our rooms are spacious and sunny, with high ceilings and elegant woodwork. We are live-in owners, with 2 guest rooms that are comfortable as doubles, or can be combined to sleep up to 7 persons.

BudaBaB is within 2 blocks of Metro, trams, Hop On/Hop Off buses, and city buses. We can assist you in city orientation and in obtaining transportation passes. Budapest city transportation is renowned for its efficiency and comfort, and Metro 1 is noted as the oldest metro in continental Europe. The nearby, brand new Metro 4 opened in 2014.

You can easily walk to the Danube River, Opera House, Parliament, Castle Hill, and many museums, theaters, and cafes. We have welcomed guests for nearly 10 years, and enjoy responding to your wishes for relaxation and/or adventure in this great and lively city. You can check our favorable B & B reviews on TripAdvisor.

We invite you to view our short video for a tour of our extensively remodeled flat. Our website provides thorough information on booking, payment, calendar openings, how to get to the B & B, local activities and much more.

Breakfast and free Wi-Fi are provided, and shared kitchen privileges are available. You are also welcome to relax in our living room after a busy and pleasant day of touring. We are a non-smoking facility. Please note that we have a two night minimum booking.
