A 10% reservation deposit is payable by credit card through PayPal when making a booking. A PayPal account is not needed to make a payment.

Credit card payments: If you intend to pay the full amount due with a credit card, you must do it from your home country. This is due to PayPal security measures, which makes it impossible to use PayPal credit card services from outside of one's home country. Unfortunately, we are too small to get credit card services through our bank, so this is the best we can do. There is a 3% service charge for using credit cards for full payments.

Tourism Tax - The city has now deemed it necessary that we collect a 4% Tourism Tax based on the total cost of one's stay. This is paid to the district monthly. We have to pass this fee on to our guests just as every other accommodation does. Until now, we have absorbed this the tax, but cannot continue to do so. This tax will be added to all bookings. Children under 18 are exempt from the tax.

Please note that we really try to avoid one night accommodations unless you stay with us, leave for an excursion and then return to fly home again. If this is the case, you can ignore the supplement. If you are only planning on staying for one night, we regret we will have to charge the €15 supplement for cash or €17 for credit card payments. Due to our small size, it disrupts potential bookings for longer stays. The system will prevent your doing a booking for one night, so you will need to contact us to do it manually.

Children 5 years old or under are no charge, but otherwise there is no child discount. Do not include them in the persons count below, but do include the information in the reservation notes.

Refund policy:

If you have a change in plans, if you notify us fourteen days or more prior to your arrival, we will refund your deposit.

If you notify us seven to four days prior to your arrival, we will refund 50% deposit.

For cancellations less than four days, we will not be able to refund any of the deposit.

Refund policy for Cozy Colonial Cuenca Condo only:

Change in plans, cancellation:
Thirty (30) days or more prior to your arrival, we will refund 90% of your deposit.
Less than thirty (30) days, but up to fifteen (15) days prior to your arrival, we will refund 80% of the deposit.
Less than fifteen (15) days, we will not be able to refund any of the deposit.
